SAMYS’s Wholesalers sets a high standard of quality customer services to which we are committed. Our customers, the consumers and traders of the Northern Cape Province, can expect superior products, excellent service and accurate information provided in a prompt and courteous manner. What can you expect?

We aim to answer 90% of all telephone enquiries within 5 minutes. If you write to us, we respond as promptly as possible.

Complaint handling and dispute resolution services

We aim to finalise 100% of general consumer complaints or disputes between parties within 7 days of receiving the complaint. In other cases we contact the parties within 30 days to advise them of actions being taken.

Feedback from our customers plays an important role in reviewing and improving our services. If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken and we can learn from your experience.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you don't, you may return most new and unused items within 24 hours of receipt for a full refund or merchandise exchange, with proof of purchase. Refunds are credited in the original form of payment.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with original tags to qualify for a refund or exchange.

For hygiene and safety reasons, SAMYS regrets that it will not accept returns of food, beverages, cosmetics, underwear, perishables, air-time. fireworks, cigarettes and earrings unless the products are defective in nature.


HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT

We cannot receive or process returns without an Receipt Number. Call customer service at 053 832 4221 confirm records. Write your number on the outside of the package. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original shipping package if possible.
